RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns exclusively within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your shipment was marked as delivered

by the postal carrier. If 14 days have elapsed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund, credit, or

exchange under any circumstances.

Mandatory Condition: All returned merchandise must be strictly in its original, unopened, and unaltered

state. The product seals, outer packaging, and labels must remain fully intact.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a successful return and refund, the item must comply entirely with the following strict requirements:

Unopened & Unused: The protective safety wrap, container caps, and outer packaging seals must be unbroken. We

cannot accept items that have been opened, sampled, swatched, or tested, due to contamination risks associated with

preservative-free formulas.

Original Condition: The bottle, jar, or kit must be returned in the exact presentation and pristine condition in which

it arrived, complete with all internal inserts, informational cards, and accompanying accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, original receipt, or invoice issued by DEMGA Goods must accompany the

return request.

Certain products are permanently exempt from being returned for a refund:

Any item not in its original state, or any item that is damaged, opened, or missing parts for reasons not due to our

operational error.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin the return protocol, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Please email support@demgagoodsllc.com within the 14-day window. Include your full name,

order number, and a brief description of the item you wish to return.

Step 2: Secure Pack & Ship

Safely pack your item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit. Customers are

responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing

shipping insurance; we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESS

Once your return package is delivered, it will undergo a thorough quality assurance inspection to confirm its un-opened, pristine condition.

We will subsequently send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item and notifying you of the approval or

rejection of your refund based on compliance with this policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit

card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to officially post the

transaction to your account.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take pride in our meticulous packaging standards, but if an item arrives defective or physically damaged during

transit, we will replace or refund it immediately. Please email us at support@demgagoodsllc.com within 48 hours of

delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the shipping container and the damaged item.
